If you do not get rest you'll suffer from it, You seem to be faltering both physically and mentally from your posts.
ReplyDeleteWow you think so?! Mmm well I guess I shall keep all my woes to myself then
ReplyDeleteThat is not what I meant when I said you seem to be faltering. What I meant is simply that you are worrying, working, and studying so much that your body will obviously begin to feel the effects and the fact that you have to travel every morning to the airport will eventually break you down. Have you considered quitting any time soon?
ReplyDeleteNo way! I like my job! I can honestly say I like my job. (: Thanks for your concern
ReplyDeleteYou may like your job but is it worth the strain? You should ask yourself this because in the end you will find yourself with no room left for advancement in fact you might lose all motivation to continue.

ReplyDeleteWell I work ten hour shifts and go to school and was still able to get an advancement in the same field. I say keep at it I've been working at the airport for five years and this job is really easy and have had my share of jobs. Sure the passengers are a pain in the ass sometimes but I look beyond that. They have places to go and so do I I'm not going to let them get to me or my school work I will just keep pushing to the top. Sure I see your friend cares about you but the answer is not to give up on a job especially a job in the government sure this may not be the best job the government has to offer but it's a job regardless. There are a lot of people who would love to be in your shoes and probably have a tougher schedule than yours and if you just give up on everything what kind of a person will you be a SLAKER. Don't give up trust me from a person who has been in your shoes life can only get better if you keep being yourself and don't let yourself give up so easily. In time everything you want out of life will come to you. Sorry found a typo on the last one.
ReplyDeleteSure you say that it's an easy thing to do but what you are not noticing though is what your statement is, is being subjective. Everyone's situation is different and I doubt she wants to be in that same field forever, if she wants to get internships on top of a job and school that's close to impossible. Most internships are so demanding you can not just simply work around them. In response to what you have to say if she doesn't work that makes her a slacker, that is a horrible thing to say, especially since she is working so hard at school that itself is enough hardwork but to have to work and go to school on top of countless studying and you say that is slacker material because she is tired? Amazing simply amazing. On top of that it's not bad if she wants to quit she would just want to put more time and focus into school which is comendable itself. But ultimately it is her own choice alone.
ReplyDeleteYou are looking way to deep into my statement and took it way out of context. There are young people at our job that just totally gave up on school and only focus there time with work and going out. I think that is a total slacker move. If she wants to quit she can who am I to tell her different. I'm just encouraging her to keep pushing herself to do better.
